As we begin our long-awaited sojuorn from Winter into Summer, we are getting ready for another selling season here on the coast. More and more people are retiring here, partly because of the even climate, and partly because they have left the "big town".

Lincoln City, in particular, is moving to become one of the "greenest" small towns in the nation. Our mayor and city council have, and continue to do so, turn our beautiful coastal town into an evironmental oasis. All of us who have the priviledge to live here year around appreciate the clean air, safe water, and miles of beautiful beaches.
